YakRods Tethered | All-Purpose Casting
YAKRODS is an industry first with a retention system specifically designed for kayakers – the MAGNETIC TETHERED SYSTEM(MTS).As kayak anglers ourselves, weve felt the heartache of watching our favorite rod slide overboard into the abyss. YAKRODS are equipped with a high-performance end cap giving anglers the option to use a magnetic leash. Quality fishing gear is an investment and we want to help you protect it.
The team of designers likes to refer to this rod as the “best friend” in the rod line up. The kind of rod that is always ready for anything and super dependable. The rod you keep finding yourself reach for. This all-purpose medium heavy fast casting rod is so versatile and can effectively throw all sorts of baits. We hear folks love to throw small crank baits, jigs, bladed jigs, texas rig, even skipping docks with a senko. Grab your “best friend” and go hit the pond prepared for anything.
